Description: Combine multidimensional arrays into a single array. This
        is a generalization of 'cbind' and 'rbind'.  Works with
        vectors, matrices, and higher-dimensional arrays (aka tensors).
        Also provides functions 'adrop', 'asub', and 'afill' for
        manipulating, extracting and replacing data in arrays.
